Extended 30 Days Return & Exchange Policy

All products in origainl unworn condition (original packaging, tags and accessories),  we are more than happy to return or exchange within our generous extended 30 days count from the day your order is placed.

Definition of Original Unworn Condition

Product is unopened, or tried on but immediately taken off (within 2 minutes). No smell of perfumes, smoke, sweat or pets etc. no stains, makeup or damages, no wrinkles or signs of wear, in original packaging and labels or/and accessories.

We do NOT accept items do not meet the above standards.

How to Return?

Our return address is provided on the bottom of the invoice which came in the parcel. Please tick a reason for your return, if you wish to exchange to a new size, please write the correct size down. 

Please keep your returned parcel tracking number with you at all time. 

Return Postage

We are more than happy to post a new size back to you, but you will need to post the item back to us on your own cost.

Please always remember to keep your returned parcel tracking number with you in case the carrier you choose loses your parcel.

Exchange Process

  • Exchange for the same item, but in different size or color – First, write the correct size and colour you’d like to exchange your item to. Second, post it back on your own cost by auspost or equivalent carrier. Keep the parcel tracking number with you. Your exchange parcel takes 2-3 working days to process(dispatch again) after your parcel arrives at our warehouse. If you DO NOT wish to wait. You can place a new order, pay for your new order in full, and write down your replacement order number and ask for a full refund. Once we receive your returned parcel, you will be refunded. It is a faster way when you need the returned piece in a hurry.

 

  • Exchange for a different item – First, write down on the invoice you’d like a different product instead. You will be issued a store credit when you checkout, instead of paying for your order, you will be given an extra option to tick as “store credit”. All you need to do is select “store credit” option and continue to checkout. You will only be asked to pay the difference if the second piece is dearer.  If you DO NOT wish to wait. You can place a new order, pay for your new order in full, and write down your replacement order number and ask for a full refund. Once we receive your returned parcel, you will be refunded. It is a faster way when you need the returned piece in a hurry.

 

  • You can always place a new order and return for a refund. Please write down replacement order number if you have placed a new order and intending to return for refund of your original order.

All refund or exchange are subject to quality check with return office.

We do have a very generous return and exchange policy. All honest return/exchange will be served with professional manner.


Tracking Number for Return Parcel

Tracking Number for your returned parcel is an evidence that you have physically handed in the item to a third party. Please do NOT lose your parcel tracking number in case carrier you chose loses your parcel.
